Joined as the second product hire. Led discovery with customers, shifted strategy to a CRM-native workflow, secured integration approval through direct partner relationship building, and launched an integrations vertical that accelerated enterprise adoption.
Mobile Banking Modernization
Led a multi-year mobile app modernization initiative, migrating legacy on-premise infrastructure to cloud. Designed and implemented real-time peer-to-peer payment capabilities including instant transfers, auto-deposit functionality, and payment request features.
Digital Plan Administration
Built a self-service portal enabling HR administrators to manage employee group benefits online. The platform replaced phone-based workflows with digital capabilities for member enrollment, coverage adjustments, and plan administration.
